Compatibility & Use with Adapter Box G3 (Important)
The SolaX XHub is designed as the system brain – it focuses on site-wide energy strategy, coordinating PV, battery and load priorities (including tariff-based optimisation and grid-friendly operation).
For physical load control interfaces (e.g. 0-10V control, relay enable signals, multi-I/O for heat pumps / immersion / certain EV integrations), XHub is commonly paired with the SolaX Adapter Box G3 (sold separately). In simple terms: XHub decides the strategy, and the Adapter Box G3 provides the control outputs to loads where needed.
Tip: If your requirement is “site-wide energy management / tariff optimisation / grid-aware control”, the XHub is the right product. If your requirement is only “control specific loads based on solar/battery”, the Adapter Box G3 may be sufficient on its own.
