SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0kW G4 Inverter

The SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0kW G4 is the 4th generation of the SolaX Hybrid range, retaining all the key features of the 3rd generation while making some welcome improvements.

The Gen4 has been designed and developed using the very latest solar technology. SolaX  have pushed back the boundaries for what is possible when designing a storage inverter.

The ground-breaking SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0kW G4 is an inverter that can also store surplus energy in batteries for later use. It is important to understand that this is a hybrid solar PV inverter and battery storage controller. This means it needs to be sized just like a regular inverter would be and, if it is being retrofitted, will replace the existing inverter.

Works with Octopus Energy

When combined with a SolaX Power battery, the SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0kW has been designed to work seamlessly with smart Agile tariffs. The first energy supplier to offer such a tariff is Octopus Energy however the SolaX Power battery system works perfectly with any other energy provider.

Never Lose Power

With the SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0kW you can ensure that you never go without power, even during a power-cut. An emergency power supply or ‘EPS’ switch enables the X1 Hybrid G4 to work completely off-grid, meaning that any power you have stored on your batteries will now be used in the event of a power cut.

IP65 Rated Protection

The X1 Hybrid G4 is IP65 rated meaning that it can be installed either inside or outside, giving you the flexibility to choose where to install the system.
