Fox AC1-G2 3.7kW AC Charger Gen2 – Fox ESS Battery Inverter

Harness the power of the sun day and night with the ground-breaking Fox AC1-G2 3.7kW AC Charger. This new Gen2 model from Fox ESS is full of advanced features and is compatible with the Fox ESS high-voltage battery range.

It is important to understand that this is an AC charger (battery inverter) which means it does not have DC inputs for Solar Panels.  It can be used stand-alone or retrofitted to an existing PV system.

Whats in the box?

The AC1-G2 series is supplied with a Fox WiFi Datalogging Stick for use with the Fox Cloud.  LAN and 4G dataloggers are also available as optional add-ons.

A single CT Clamp is also included in the box. A second CT will be required if there’s another generator set (i.e PV, wind or other).  A meter will be required for >30m distance between inverter and incoming power connection point (sold separately.)

Connect over 40kWh Battery Storage to a single inverter

This AC Charger is compatible with any Fox ESS High Voltage batteries including Energy Cube, MIRA (HV25) and HV2600 batteries. A total of 9x Energy Cube batteries can be connected to the inverter enabling a total storage capacity of over 40kWh! (Currently applies to EQ4800 only)

The inverter can be installed in parallel with up to 10x inverters and have a a full battery stack connected to each inverter!
